What's included in a monthly office suite?

Are the offices furnished?
Yes. All wrk: office suites have top-of-the-line furniture and come fully furnished with a desk, ergonomic seating, and lighting, so your team can move in and get to wrk: right away.

Can we book meeting space when the whole team needs to meet? 

Yes. Book one of the 12-person boardrooms, or a 2- to 4-person meeting room by the half hour, only when you need it.

Can a growing team rent several neighbouring suites?
Yes. If you have multiple people on one team, you can rent more than one suite close to each other, if they are available. 

Can a team add a suite or move to a larger one partway through their agreement? 

If they have signed a license agreement, they can add or remove a suite with 30 days’ notice, otherwise they can book online.

What's the minimum commitment, and how much notice is needed to downsize or leave? For online bookings, you can book for just the day, a week, or a month. When you sign a License Agreement for a term, we prefer a minimum of 1 year.

Can our team come and go outside business hours?
