You might have questions about how the online booking process works.  Some of our frequently asked questions are below.  If we haven’t answered something for you, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Q1:  How do I book an Executive Suite?

You can book an Executive Suite for an any length of time you wish – by the month.  Our Executive Suite bookings are for a 1 month basis and you can add multiple months in the online booking portal.  You may also pay for your first month online and then in person pay for additional months.  See below for a video tutorial of the booking process:

Q2:  How do I book a Modular Suite?

You can book a Modular Suite for an any length of time you wish – by the day, week, or month.  Prices are applied based on the amount of time booked.  From 1 to 6 days you will receive the daily rate, from 7 to 30 days the weekly rate and from 31 to 90 days the monthly rate.  See below for a video tutorial of the booking process:

Q3:  How do I book a Boardroom or Meeting Room?

Boardrooms and Meeting Rooms are booked by the hour.  See below for a video tutorial of the booking process:

Q4:  What are your hours of operation.

Regular business hours are from 8:30 to 5:00 pm.  No boardroom or meeting room bookings will be accepted outside of these hours.  When you have received your access pass you will have access to your office 24 hours a day and are not restricted to use within only the office business hours.

Q5:  What forms of payment do you accept?

100% of the rent is to be paid at the moment of booking.   Payments can be done by credit card or debit card online.  Bookings can be paid for by cheque – payable to 2024622 Alberta Ltd, if booking in person.

Q6:  Do you accept annual bookings?

Annual bookings are accepted in person. For annual bookings, a deposit is required equal to one month’s rental for any eventual damage or breakage which may occur during the stay.  At the end of the rental term the sum will be given back, unless it must be used partly or fully for any damage to suite or furnishings.  These payments can be made by credit card, debit card or cheque   –  payable to 2024622 Alberta Ltd.
